Includes two keys to lock/unlock the control box, user manual, installation guide, Digital Controller Keypad, AC/DC Transformer power supply, and infrared ceiling sensor. The ceiling sensor was an add-on when originally purchased by the original owner, so I’m not sure if the included instructions will cover its installation, maintenance, or use.
